For the past 23 years, we have surveyed independent bankers regarding bank compensation levels and trends. In 2011, we surveyed bankers in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Below is a link to the results of the 2011 Independent Bank Compensation Survey. Based on the number of responses, we believe that our survey provides meaningful compensation data.
